If you require the use of masks for your line of work, then face-fitting advice and consultancy is crucial. We can help with the kind of apparatus that you need. After a complete assessment, if we find that it’s necessary to provide RPE (Respiratory Preotective Equipment), we will then consider the folowing:
- Operations and work sites where there are any kind of contamination
- Jobs where a lack of oxygen is a problem
- Specific contaminants that are present at the work site
- Harmful properties of the contaminants
- Form of the contaminant material: dust, mist, spray, gas, vapour, fume, or some combination of these
- Concentration of each contaminant
From there we determine the type of respirator you need, perform a pre-use check, any additional training and then finally, the fitting itself.
